Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2 October 2026

This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use bestmobilebetting.co.uk, why we collect it, how long we keep it and your rights under UK data protection law (the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

In short

  • You can use this website without giving us any personal details.
  • If you use our contact form, we use your name, email and message only to reply to you.
  • We count visits to the site so we can see which pages are useful.
  • We never sell your information.
  • You can ask to see or delete your information at any time.

Who we are

Best Mobile Betting (bestmobilebetting.co.uk) is owned and run by Loops World Limited, which is the “controller” of your personal information. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, please get in touch through our contact page.

Information you give us

Contact form. When you send us a message we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message. We also record the date and time, and technical details such as your IP address and browser, to help us spot spam.

We use this only to reply to you and deal with your enquiry. Messages are emailed to our inbox and a copy is kept in our website’s admin area. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us.

We keep contact messages for up to 12 months after our last exchange with you, then delete them, unless we need them longer to deal with an ongoing matter (for example an advertising agreement).

Information collected automatically

When you visit any website, some information is sent automatically by your browser. On this site that includes:

  • Visit statistics. We use Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic Inc., to count page views and see which pages are popular, where visitors come from and what devices they use. Automattic processes data such as your IP address, browser and the page you came from to produce these statistics. See Automattic’s privacy policy.
  • Security and server logs. Our hosting provider and security software record IP addresses, browser details and the pages requested, to protect the site from attacks and keep it running.
  • Error logs. If you follow a broken link, we log the address requested, the page you came from and your browser type so we can fix it. We do not store your IP address in these logs.
  • Fonts. The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers and shares your IP address with Google. See Google’s privacy policy.

Our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in running a secure website and understanding how it is used. For details of cookies, see our cookie policy.

Our reviews and offer pages link to bookmakers’ websites, and we may earn a commission if you sign up (see our advertising disclosure). When you click one of these links, the bookmaker or its affiliate network may set its own cookies to record that you came from our site. We do not send them your name or contact details, and we only receive anonymous totals of sign-ups. Once you leave our site, the bookmaker’s own privacy policy applies, so please read it before you open an account.

Who we share information with

We only share personal information with services that help us run the website, and they may only use it on our instructions:

  • our web hosting provider
  • Automattic Inc. (Jetpack visit statistics and site services)
  • Google (web fonts)
  • our email provider (for contact form messages)

We may also disclose information if the law requires it. We never sell your personal information.

Some of these providers, such as Automattic and Google, are based in the United States. Where your information is transferred outside the UK, it is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the UK–US data bridge or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong
  • ask us to delete your information
  • object to us using your information, or ask us to restrict how we use it
  • ask us to transfer your information to another organisation, where this applies

To use any of these rights, contact us through our contact page. It’s free, and we will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), the UK’s data protection regulator: ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or 0303 123 1113.

Under-18s

This website is about gambling and is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has contacted us, please let us know and we will delete their information.

Keeping your information safe

The site uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, and access to our admin area and inbox is restricted and password-protected. No website can be completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we add new features to the site. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
