William Hill App Review: Features, Offer and How to Download
William Hill has been taking bets in Britain since 1934, and it is still one of the big high-street names, now part of the evoke group. The sports app covers everything from Premier League football to the greyhounds, with a Bet Builder Hub, Acca Boosts and its own WHTV streaming. Here is how it stacks up in 2026.

Using the app
The app covers all the main sports, with football, horse racing, tennis, golf, darts and boxing easy to reach from the home screen. The Bet Builder Hub lets you build a bet on a single match and then follow each leg live as it lands. If you like football accas, the Acca Boost adds a percentage to your winnings once you have two or more legs, and racing fans get Best Odds Guaranteed on UK and Irish races.
Cash out shows in My Bets when a value is available. On the new version of the app it is full cash out only for now, as William Hill says partial cash out is not available yet. It is not offered on each-way bets, price boosts, #YourOdds markets, or horse racing bets between 10pm and 8am. You can cash out bets placed with a free bet, minus the free bet value. Live streaming
William Hill streams through WHTV. You need to be logged in with a positive balance, or to have placed a bet in the last 24 hours. For live horse racing you need a bet of £1 or more on the race. Coverage includes UK and US racing, UK greyhounds and other sport, and it only works in the UK and Ireland. There is also a free Betting TV channel with selected racing and greyhounds, with no bet needed.
Deposits and withdrawals
- Deposit: debit card, Pay by Bank and Apple Pay from £5; PayPal, Skrill, NETELLER and Paysafecard from £10.
- Withdraw: Visa Direct on eligible Visa cards usually arrives within 4 hours once approved; other debit cards take 1–3 working days. Pay by Bank is immediate to 1 working day; PayPal, Skrill and NETELLER about 1 working day.
- No fees on debit card payments. Credit cards can’t be used for gambling in the UK.

My verdict
William Hill’s app is a solid all-rounder, best suited to acca and racing fans thanks to Acca Boosts, Best Odds Guaranteed and fast Visa Direct payouts. The main gap right now is partial cash out, which isn’t on the new app yet. If that matters to you, Paddy Power or Betfair are worth a look as well.
